In this week's episode Katerina sits down with Zulaikha Yunus, a multifaceted woman whose career path from medical school changed as she followed her passions.  From health coaching, to nutrition and culinary arts, yoga and Ayurveda, Zulaikha embodies them all in harmony. 

Zulaikha shares her insights into each of her interest and how she’s combined them to heal herself and clients. They discuss conventional medicine and herbal medicines, balancing the best of both eastern medicine and western medicine and finding a holistic approach.
