In the first episode of 2023, Katerina sits down to share her word of the year and what goals she has set for herself. Over the last few years, Katerina has chosen a word that reflects and resonates with her goals.
For 2023 her word is "growth". In the first few months of the year she will begin to plant the seeds in her garden. And as she waters and takes care of these seeds, they will grow and be ready for harvest when the time comes.

It's that time of the year for Katerina to take a moment to reflect on the last few months and on her word for the year, surrender. Looking back on the challenges the last eleven months have brought, Katerina is grateful for choosing the word surrender as it was a constant reminder for her to surrender to the flow and let things go. But was she successful in channeling the word? Find out in this week's episode.

Join Katerina in this week's solo episode as she records from her grandparents house in Prague, Czech Republic. During this most recent trip back to her birth city, she reflects on growing up between the two cultures: Czech and American. As a third culture kid, Katerina is grateful for the way she was brought up and the opportunities that were accessible to her in both countries. And it's throughout the different chapters of her life that the meaning of "home" has evolved into what it is for her today, a feeling not just a place.
