Over the last few years many of us have found ourselves working remotely and away from our statutory desks. But sometimes the environment we are in makes it hard to be productive. For example, like sitting in coach on a transatlantic flight with only a small tray table to work on.
In this week's solo episode, Katerina shares Vastu shastra principles you can apply to your workspace, no matter the location, and invite that a productive flow of energy. It can be as simple as changing the direction you sit, decluttering your area or not sitting underneath a beam.

In her first solo episode in a few weeks, Katerina sits down to share how she is doing with her word of the year: surrender. She reflects on how she has approached some of the challenges that have come up: from having to cancel her honeymoon and 30th birthday trip to Nicaragua, to the stresses of  studying for her next architecture exam, and to the day to day obstacles of life.
If you chose a word for the year as well, grab your journal and reflect with the journal prompts at the end of the episode!
Take away: there are so many things to stress about in life but at the end of the day a lot of the stress we create is recreational.
